Delivery Time

In stock delivery time – delivery time for product quantity in stock.
Backorder delivery time – estimated delivery time for products not in stock but in production line. The products may be delivered earlier.
Delivery time for wholesale orders with minimum order quantity (MOQ) condition, will be depending on quantity ordered.

A Zip file will be downloaded, containing product images (both in 4:3 & 1:1 ratio), product details, product QR code etc. You can use the details to list products on your e-commerce shop or market place account.

+ The solid wood is seasoned and treated through a chain of processes, for any borers, pests and termites.

+ Be assured the material used for product finishing and polishing are environment friendly.

+ Texture and color may slightly vary due to wood being a natural material and that’s the beauty of it. Natural differences and seasonal minor blemishes can not be avoided.

Care

+ Intended for indoor use only.

+ Keep away from direct sunlight.

+ Do not drag the furniture as it may damage it, lift for reposition when required.

+ Always use coasters or mats to avoid marks on wooden furniture.

+ In case the liquid spills, wipe immediately with a clean dry cloth to maintain the natural look.

+ Apply wood polish wax, at least twice in a year, to keep the finish intact.

Terms

+ All our products come with a 45 days warranty against any manufacturing defects in the materials that have been used.

+ This limited warranty does not apply to:
– Normal wear and tear.
– Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
– Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.
